Information you choose to provide

We store your name, email, optional phone and company, delivery country or city, product range, approximate quantity, reference model and project description. Your inquiry also has a submission time and reference number.

How the inquiry is used

Your details are used to contact you about the project, clarify requirements, prepare a quotation and follow up on related procurement. An inquiry is not an order or payment obligation. No payment details are requested.

Source information

Campaign labels and known entry pages are kept in the current browser tab’s session storage, so we can understand which content led to an inquiry. After 30 minutes without a page visit, a subsequent page visit starts a new record. Source information is sent to our server only with your submitted inquiry. We do not store full referring URLs or unrelated query parameters as inquiry source information, and this feature does not identify you across devices.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a dedicated database on this website’s server in China and accessed by people handling project discussions. Customer records are not publicly accessible. Server logs may record request paths, IP addresses and access times for operation and abuse prevention. No third-party advertising tracker has been added to this website.
